Committies of U.C. Face Off
Face Off has a number of committees that organize both sports-related and non-sports-related activities. We are therefore proud of our active members, who fill these committees every year and take on a wide variety of roles, resulting in an enhanced sports experience and many other enjoyable activities alongside it!
AdCie
The AdCie is the advisory committee. It consists of former board members and is available to support the board. They provide assistance with difficult issues within the board and are informed about important decisions that are made.
AlCo
The Almanac Committee creates an almanac each year about the past year. It is filled with memories from the previous year! This way, future generations will know exactly what happened, and members can look back on it with nostalgia.
Almabak
The Almabak is a unique invention of Face Off! They bake all kinds of treats for home game days, internal competitions, and other events where sweet snacks are a must.
F.U.N.
FUN stands for the First-year Unification Network. This committee consists of all the members who are new to Face Off. Together, along with a few experienced active members, they organize several activities through which they get to know each other during the planning process and immediately make a name for themselves within the association!
GGV
The GGV (or the Gennootschap van Gezelligheid ende Vermaeck) is our activities committee. They are responsible for organizing the monthly social drinks and other fun activities they come up with.
K.C.
The KC stands for the kascommissie (audit committee). Its members are responsible for reviewing the budget prepared by the treasurer. The members are therefore either former treasurers or students with an economics background.
MediCo
The MediCo is the media committee of Face Off. They create fun content for the social media pages and produce the club magazine, the Stickstof, every two to three months. In addition, they can often be seen with a camera in hand, capturing all the events throughout the year.
ProCo
The Promotion Committee raises the flag during the Kei Week and ESN Sports Days. Their goal is to inspire as many new students as possible to start playing this amazing sport!
Technical committee
The Technical Committee is responsible for improving the training sessions and selecting the teams for the full-field competition. The mission of the T.C. is to play floorball at the highest possible level.
