Trainer Tim Hidskes leaves after eleven seasons at UC Face Off

Groningen – After eleven seasons trainer Tim Hidskes leaves UC Face Off to work on a new challenge in Norway. On Monday July 4th the last training under his leadship took place.

Eleven years ago, Tim started playing at Face Off. After several seasons in Men 1 and Men 2 (67 games, 61+35 points), he was appointed trainer for both the men’s and women’s teams. During this period he was also coach of Men 1 and Women 1. Under his leadership both teams won prizes like the national championship and the cup.

During the past season, it became clear that Tim was looking for a new challenge. After five years leading the training at Face Off he now goes to Bergen (Norway), to train the club Fjell-Kameraterne. In addition, he gets a role in the talent development in Norway. On behalf of UC Face Off we wish Tim good luck and lots of success!

It is not yet known who Tim’s successor at UC Face Off will be.
